SYRIAN Poet : Nizar Qabbani (1923 – 1998)
He has pioneer contributions to the history of the Syrian contemporary poetry.
was a Syrian diplomat, poet, writer and publisher.
Qabbani is one of the most revered contemporary poets in the Arab world, and is considered to be Syria’s National Poet.
The contest is open to all cartoonists all over the world, over the age of 18, regardless of nationality, religion, gender and education.

1-Each participant can send 1 work only in each Section
2- A cartoon must not have won an appraisal at previous competitions
3- The cartoons must not contain text.
Drawings can also be made digitally.
