If Plagiarism detected and or any previously award-wining material submitted, submissions will be canceled and the next eligible entry will be considered for the prize.
In addition to the first three awards, up to 10 or 15 cartoons will be awarded Special Prizes.
The rest of the works will win the Finalist Prize.
